Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including developing requirements, managing negotiations, and drafting contracts
Analyze historical spending, develop category strategies, and identify process improvements
Build and execute negotiation strategies, with a focus on risk mitigation and stakeholder collaboration
Own supplier evaluations and advise stakeholders on contract development and execution
Support vendor relationship management, escalation, and dispute resolution activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
8-10 years of relevant management experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis
Demonstrated results and value realization from sourcing activities
Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality
Preferred
Procurement and/or Supply Chain related professional certification
