Responsibilities
Analyze complex business needs and workflows, document detailed requirements, assess feasibility/costs, and recommend optimal solutions using performance insights and industry research
Lead and manage initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive problem resolution to meet customer and operational expectations
Design and oversee release testing including test strategies, test case development, monitoring, and reviewing/approving system behavior to ensure alignment with business objectives
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conduct training, prepare user documentation, and support communication plans
Provide ongoing technical and user support across billing, payments, and policy integration processes
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role
Prior experience in P&C billing, payments, policy integration, or financial systems strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Experience supporting full delivery lifecycle from requirements through engineering, testing, and deployment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to set priorities and measure outcomes (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management
Preferred
Experience with legacy system rationalization, system migration, or integration mapping
Knowledge of insurance billing platforms such as Majesco
Familiarity with payment integration solutions (OneInc, CollectOne, Adyen)
