Responsibilities
Support the SVP/Director of Operations in managing daily operational functions including supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and 3PL relationships
Help implement and maintain process and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, cost control, and customer service levels
Execute operational plans across wholesale and e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Partner with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of production, distribution, and fulfillment
Support evaluation and optimization of back-end operations
Assist in standardizing processes and documentation to support scalability and consistency across the organization
Help manage and coordinate 3PLs and operational vendors to ensure service levels and cost targets are met
Manage monthly inventory reconciliations ensuring accuracy and researching root cause of variances
Document and standardize SOPs across supply chain and fulfillment operations
Collaborate with production and sales teams to scale operations with demand and growth plans
Track operational performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
Implement and manage KPIs to measure, monitor, and improve performance across internal teams and external partners (vendors, factories, and 3PLs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, preferably within apparel or consumer goods
Working knowledge of domestic and international transportation modes
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player with the ability to coach, support, and develop others
