Responsibilities
Utilize a number of sources to create invoices, statements and reports
Own the process of customer invoicing and assist with A/R-related reconciliations
Resolve discrepancies, and create correction documents if needed, by checking all possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts
Assist with other related duties and special projects as assigned
Use knowledge of revenue codes and accounting codes to accurately code documents and import templates
Help with collection of past due balances
Post financial information to journals and ledgers
Support Sales team as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
Familiar with Sage Intacct preferred
Adaptable: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities, sometimes daily
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Team Player: Demonstrates a strong to establish collaborative relationships with peers
