Responsibilities
Lead and support implementations of financial modules within Tyler E-ERP (formerly Munis)
Analyze current-state and future-state finance business processes and recommend system-aligned solutions
Configure financial modules, workflows, approvals, and security settings to meet client requirements
Collaborate with finance, IT, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and validate system configurations
Support data conversion activities, including chart of accounts setup and financial data validation
Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle
Develop and maintain project documentation, including configuration workbooks and process documentation
Support testing activities, user training, and go-live readiness
Provide post–go-live support and knowledge transfer to client teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Tyler E-ERP (formerly Munis), with a strong focus on financial modules
Proven experience supporting or leading ERP financial implementations
Strong understanding of finance-related workflows such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Purchasing, or related modules
Demonstrated ability to perform business process analysis and translate requirements into system configurations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with client stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based consulting environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience implementing ERP systems within public-sector or government environments
Familiarity with GASB standards or public-sector financial reporting requirements
Experience with Tyler E-ERP upgrades, migrations, or system enhancements
Prior experience providing end-user training or post-implementation support
