The Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst will oversee IT system user access administration, focusing on the user access lifecycle, including provisioning and auditing, while also contributing to policy and incident response efforts.

Responsibilities
Provide expertise in IT system user access administration
Participate in the development of capabilities of the IAM platform
Manage the full user access lifecycle including provisioning, periodic auditing, and de-provisioning
Establish a track record of success working within the user access lifecycle, including workflow design and system onboarding
Contribute to continuous improvement and auditing
Work as part of a team scripting automation activities
Craft policy, standards, process, and controls as part of proactive measures
Consult on IT system design and be part of the incident response team
Qualification
Required
Must have one of the following: Associate's degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience (preferably cyber defense/IT/business or healthcare emphasis)
Must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree (preferably cyber defense/IT/business or healthcare emphasis)
Must have one of the following: 4 years or more in a position managing data, or identity access management experience in an enterprise level setting (preferably healthcare)
Experience in cybersecurity or risk management beneficial
Experience in information technology (IT) beneficial
Experience in healthcare beneficial
Data security related certification, including but not limited to Security+, CeH, or other IT related certification relevant to security operations beneficial
ITIL V3 Foundation beneficial
Other professional certification beneficial
