They are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP Project Systems, managing end-to-end PS processes and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP Project Systems across a complex enterprise landscape
Manage end-to-end PS processes—including project structuring, cost and revenue planning, budgeting, and integrations with CO, MM, SD, and FI
Resolve high-priority incidents, maintain SLAs, and support agency financial close
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, guide major enhancements, coordinate testing, develop documentation and training materials, and lead workshops to support user adoption
Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support)
Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs
Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition
Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements
Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems
Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements
Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing
Prepare and update support documentation and training materials
Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency
Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions
Track delivery timelines and gather feedback
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of SAP PS module with fair understanding on its integration with CO, MM, SD, FI
Strong grasp of cost planning, Revenue planning, budgeting, and actual cost tracking
Understanding on SAP PS custom exits and its best utilization
Experience with S/4HANA implementations
Project structuring: WBS, networks, milestones
Interface design with third-party applications
Documentation: As-Is/To-Be, functional specs, training materials
Strong communication and problem-solving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
