Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account managers
Set clear goals, KPIs, and career paths; conduct performance reviews and coaching
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners to expand market reach and revenue
Own ISO revenue targets and drive consistent pipeline generation and conversion
Monitor and forecast partner pipeline
Implement processes to track partner performance and ROI
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with ISOs and strategic partners
Act as primary escalation for partner issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to align partner programs with product roadmap, demand-gen, and customer needs
Share market and partner feedback to inform product and pricing decisions
Define and report on KPIs: partner revenue, pipeline, win rates, etc
Continuously refine partner processes, playbooks, and tooling to scale efficiently

Required

5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or strategic alliances, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role
Proven track record building and scaling partner programs (preferred experience with ISOs/payments or related fintech industries)
Strong leadership experience managing and developing account management or partner teams
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing complex partner relationships
Experience with CRM and pipeline forecasting
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred

MBA or equivalent experience preferred
