Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Track project progress, analyze productivity, and prepare status reports for stakeholders, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives
Act as a liaison between design and implementation teams, coordinating efforts among various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope through reports and presentations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field and 3+ years of managerial experience in engineering projects is expected, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Finario) and a strong understanding of engineering principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
