Responsibilities
Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational tone and style
Assist in planning, organizing and promoting internal events such as global town halls, employee recognition programs and community initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints
Support projects in public relations, branding, social media and graphic design to develop a well-rounded skill set
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to communication strategies
Perform additional duties and participate in team initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the Global Branding & Communications team
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a business-related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms
Experience with SharePoint Online and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
