Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of accounts payable and maintaining related files and records
Categorize GL transactions with the proper account, department, date and entity
Collaborate with other departments to obtain any missing expenses and receipts
Monitor expenses for any discrepancies such as amounts, vendors, etc
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist in external audits by providing documentation &/or supporting schedules
Effectively manage change within the organization resulting from necessary process
Maintain financial accuracy & discretion while meeting deadlines, especially for month end close
Demonstrate strong working knowledge and practical experience applying US GAAP
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

0-3 years of accounting experience
Preferred
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance: Highly Preferred
Experience with Oracle NetSuite and RAMP: Preferred
Experience in business with international sourcing and distribution of durable goods
