Technical Sales Representative
Astrix is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support their high-quality microbial enzymes for various industries. The role involves developing and maintaining sales, establishing budgets, and staying updated on market conditions while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and maintaining the company's sales with focus on developing new business through professional sales techniques and quality customer service
Maintain quality relations with the already assigned accounts with most of the focus on maintaining existing business by performing the following duties
Establishes annual sales budget and meets or surpass yearly budget
Reevaluates work on an ongoing basis to increase market share
Stays up to date on market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources
Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up all leads promptly
Maintains close contact with Technical Service on new applications and new developmental enzymes that could lead to close cooperation with customers on mutually beneficial and economically feasible products
Qualification
Required
A degree in Food Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry is required
Experience in the food and beverage industry, or any prior sales experience
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
