Responsibilities

Lead implementation of changes, develop and execute against detailed project plans, and operate efficiently in a multi-task environment
Collaborate and coordinate with key project stakeholders in I&CM and with business partners across the firm on projects for a successful implementation
Work closely with business stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of the ALM trading desk in both function and operation
Work with stakeholders to develop documentation for the change including business cases, requirements, and process flows

Required

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience and 8+ years of overall relevant experience
5+ years of experience specifically in Asset and Liability Management (ALM)
Proven understanding of investment products (e.g., bonds, options, futures, forwards, swaps, repos, MMFs)
Proven experience managing business initiatives through implementation
Ability to facilitate innovative thinking to solve problems and establish business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of related ISDA, Dodd-Frank, and other regulations preferred
PMP, CSM, or other project or change management related certification preferred
