Efficiently managing administrative tasks
Maintaining a pleasant and organized reception area to enhance guest experiences
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Experience in hospitality or a similar field is a plus
