Responsibilities

Perform trainings and pre-sale and post-sale support to customers with field visits, remote support with virtual meetings and emails
Provide training and support to internal associates and creating educational materials
Work closely with cross-functional teams, Sales, Marketing and R&D team, to promote sales and for technical troubleshooting, product development and improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences
Minimum of 2 years of experience with flow cytometry and cytometry data analysis

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%; residence near a major airport preferred
