Atlantic Group is hiring an Assistant Treasurer for their client in Delaware County, PA. This role leads treasury operations, liquidity, and capital markets strategy while supporting financing, M&A, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

Oversee debt issuance, refinancing, and liability management while driving strategies to optimize capital structure and cost of capital
Lead cash flow forecasting across multiple time horizons, monitor daily liquidity, and ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic needs
Manage interest rate, FX, and commodity exposures, and oversee investment of excess cash within established policies
Maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, and investors, preparing materials for presentations and communications
Provide treasury analysis for M&A and capital projects, ensure covenant compliance, and uphold treasury policies and internal controls

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Minimum 10 years in corporate treasury
At least 5 years in management
Experience in a public SEC-reporting company
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in SAP
Experience in Treasury Workstations (Kyriba, GTreasury)
Experience in financial modeling
Expertise in cash forecasting
Expertise in debt structuring
Expertise in risk management
Expertise in capital markets
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments
