Strategic Growth Consultant

REDi Health is dedicated to improving the sustainability of rural hospitals through data analytics. The Strategic Growth Consultant will manage relationships with rural hospitals and partners, leading consultative sales efforts to help these institutions navigate financial challenges and grow sustainably.

Responsibilities

Own and grow trusted relationships with rural hospitals and key partners nationwide
Lead complex, consultative sales efforts from initial engagement through long-term expansion
Help hospitals navigate financial challenges and engage the right REDi solutions at the right time
Work across government-funded initiatives and direct hospital partnerships
Guide multi-stakeholder conversations, build long-term trust, and support sustainable growth in rural healthcare
Build and strengthen trusted relationships with State Offices of Rural Health and hospital associations
Support hospitals participating in federally funded programs created specifically for rural healthcare
Lead thoughtful, consultative conversations with rural hospitals and make recommendations for solutions that fill their needs
Help hospitals get started with focused, high-value work and stay engaged as results build
Sell by being helpful, clear, and honest, not by pushing
Stay involved after an agreement is signed to ensure value is delivered

Required

Experience working with complex clients who may have multiple stakeholders, within and outside the organization, that are part of the sales decision process and often require assistance navigating government funded programs, gaining support for funding and justifying ongoing annual spend
Experience working in or alongside rural hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, or similarly complex healthcare environments
Ability to explain data and analytics in a way that feels useful and approachable
Sales experience, with a strong understanding of rural healthcare
