Responsibilities
Own all accounting and finance functions including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, treasury, audits, and compliance
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on financial analysis, planning, and decision support
Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, margin analysis, and operational efficiencies
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital expenditures (PP&E)
Lead and mentor a small accounting team
Oversee ERP and financial systems, driving process improvements
Support international sales and light global financial activity
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting / finance
Prior experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Leader in a hands-on environment
Strong background in inventory, costing, and operational finance
ERP experience (NetSuite, Epicor, Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
Comfortable working in a mid-sized, owner-led organization with limited layers
