The Creative Strategist will develop innovative, data-driven creative concepts for ecommerce clients, bridging analytical thinking and creative execution to optimize ad campaigns for performance.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Develop data-informed creative strategies that align with client goals and target audience behaviors
Conceptualize and produce creative ideas for high-performing ads across various digital platforms, with a focus on social media (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize ad performance through Motion
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure creative concepts align with overall campaign strategies
Stay current with emerging trends in ecommerce, social media, and digital advertising to inform creative approaches
Present creative concepts to clients, articulating how they tie to performance goals
Conduct A/B testing on creative elements to continuously improve ad performance
Work closely with designers and content creators to bring concepts to life
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative concepts & iterations
Understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
Excellent visual and written communication skills
Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience in ecommerce and social media advertising
Ability to think creatively while maintaining a data-driven approach
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Strong client communication, expectation management & presentation skills
