Scaled Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities
Lead in-person workshops, community events, and live trainings with confidence and warmth
Host webinars, live digital sessions, and recorded tutorials that are engaging and easy to follow
Create educational and marketing content such as guides, scripts, visual materials, and short-form videos
Use content creation platforms like Canva, Descript, CapCut, Loom, or similar to design polished, accessible learning experiences
Encourage ongoing user engagement and participation to help build platform habits and ensure long-term retention
Experiment with new formats and ideas to strengthen community activity and user stickiness within the branded app
Collaborate with Product and partnership teams to share user insights and support feature adoption
Represent Wix as a friendly, welcoming, and encouraging voice across live and digital environments
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience in customer success, community management, education/training, or a similar customer-facing role
Confident presenting in-person and engaging groups of varying sizes
Experience creating educational and marketing content across multiple formats
Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva, Loom, CapCut, Descript, or similar platforms
Strong communication and facilitation skills with a warm, approachable style
Creative mindset with a willingness to try new ideas, build new programs, and experiment with engagement methods
Ability to work collaboratively with Product and cross-functional partners
Preferred
Experience supporting community engagement or app-based communities – an advantage
Experience analyzing engagement behavior to tune programming – an advantage
