Personal Lines Account Manager
Atlantic Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage customer relationships in a professional and efficient manner. This role involves understanding personal insurance and providing clear solutions to customers, as well as reviewing coverage and cross-selling additional lines of insurance.

Responsibilities
Manage all assigned customer relationships and interactions in a prompt, professional, efficient and courteous manner
Demonstrate an understanding of personal insurance in a manner that inspires confidence in the customer
Provide answers and solutions that are clear to the customer
Review customer insurance exposures and recommend additional insurance or changes to existing coverage as may be necessary
Cross-sell existing customers for additional lines of insurance where appropriate
Ask customers for new business referrals
Qualification
Required
Licensed property-casualty insurance broker or working towards same
Thorough understanding of eligibility, underwriting, rating, policy forms and coverage for all personal lines of insurance
Ability to rate, quote and issue personal insurance through multiple insurance company systems
Understanding of RMV procedures as relates to the purchase, registration, title and transfer of private passenger automobiles and other personal vehicles
