Digital Marketing Communications Facilitator
Agile & Co. is seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Facilitator to serve as the connective thread between our communications team and internal marketing departments. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, quality control, and hands-on technical support to ensure the smooth execution of client strategies.
Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between the communications team and internal departments (SEO, paid media, web development), ensuring alignment on client priorities and timelines
Partner with the communications team on client strategy development, providing technical insights and recommendations
Facilitate internal handoffs and information flow between teams to prevent gaps and miscommunication
Review and quality-check deliverables from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO teams before they reach clients
Ensure campaigns, optimizations, and reports meet Agile & Co. standards and align with client objectives
Identify technical issues or performance concerns early and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams
Step in to support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign builds, adjustments, or troubleshooting when needed
Assist with SEO tasks including audits, keyword research, and on-page optimizations
Navigate website backends (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) to coordinate updates, implement tracking, or resolve technical issues
Participate in client meetings alongside the communications team, providing technical context and answering platform-specific questions
Help prepare materials, reports, and strategic recommendations for client presentations
Support the communications team in translating technical performance data into clear client updates
Fill gaps across teams during busy periods, PTO coverage, or unexpected workload spikes
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and wear multiple hats as the situation demands
Contribute to process improvements and documentation that strengthen cross-team collaboration
Qualification
Required
3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on work in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
Practical experience navigating website backends (CMS platforms, Google Tag Manager, basic HTML/CSS understanding)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and client-facing conversations
Collaborative mindset with genuine enthusiasm for supporting teammates across departments
Problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Preferred
Agency experience managing or supporting multiple client accounts
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite)
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)
Comfort participating in client calls and presentations in a supporting capacity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
