Responsibilities
Supporting the design of our global sports betting product, with a US focus
Working with US stakeholders to stay competitive
Exploring and realizing innovative concepts into cohesive high-fidelity designs
Producing comprehensive designs that address every possible scenario and platform
Communicating current US trends and innovations and collaborating with the wider department
Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and style guides to maintain consistency across all designs
Designing and creating prototypes in collaboration with developers, ensuring functionality and user experience
Communicating effectively to stakeholders, to present designs and the rationale behind them
Embracing and reacting positively to feedback, new ideas, and changing requirements, fostering a culture of innovation
Maintaining wider global efficiencies, while establishing and maintaining excellent communication and relationships with global teams
Qualification
Required
Background in commercial app and web UI and UX design
Strong visual portfolio showcasing both UI and UX design, including advanced graphic work
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
Understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and user psychology
Appreciation of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles
Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts
Proven ability to conceptualize ideas, with a proactive approach to solving problems and learning
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Experience of working for a global brand
