Procurement Financial Analyst Manager
The Boeing Company is looking for two Procurement Financial Analyst Managers based out of Everett, Washington. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of finance analysts to optimize budgets, drive supplier negotiations, and enhance collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities
Leads, motivates and develops employees performing material/supplier estimates, cost/price analysis, financial and operational analysis of supplier risk, quantitative should cost and affordability analysis
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
5+ years of experience using financial analysis for the purposes of decision-making
5+ years of demonstrated performance with establishing business and cross-functional partnerships
1+ years of experience leading projects or teams
Experience in a role which required negotiating skills to influence decisions
Preferred
MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Supply chain and negotiations experience
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
