Technical Support Specialist
Campaign Nucleus is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on resolving technical support issues, providing insights, and supporting internal teams while occasionally interacting with clients to simplify complex technical problems.

Responsibilities
Triage and resolve technical support issues that go beyond standard customer service
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to DNS, email delivery, and platform performance
Perform basic database queries and updates as needed
Join client calls to explain technical issues or solutions when required
Collaborate with developers and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Document technical issues and solutions to build internal knowledge resources
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of experience in a technical support or IT role
Strong understanding of web technologies, DNS, and email systems
Experience with databases and ability to write basic queries
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
Preferred
Experience in a SaaS or tech platform environment
Familiarity with campaign tech, digital tools, or political technology
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously
