Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication for multiple healthcare requisitions
Job Postings & Advertising: Create and manage job listings across ADP, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates
Candidate Sourcing: Leverage databases, referrals, and networking tools to identify and engage top healthcare professionals
Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
Offer Management: Prepare offers, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate candidate documentation in compliance with regulations
Qualification
Required
1+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on healthcare or high-volume corporate recruiting strongly preferred
Proficient in ADP Recruiting, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and major job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Familiarity with healthcare roles, credentialing processes, and employment regulations within healthcare settings
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
