Responsibilities

Engage with the research and development community to organize meetings
Develop briefings to technical and non-technical audiences
Interact with multiple internal and external personnel
Provide comprehensive and seamless technical and administrative support to DIRO leadership
Act as a central hub for a wide range of activities
Ensure seamless coordination and communication across the agency and with external partners
Track, manage, and coordinate tasks across multiple internal teams and external partners
Ensure the Director’s and Chiefs of Staff priorities are executed
Prepare and deliver useful reports to DARPA senior leadership
Distill information into concise, decision-oriented communications
Maintain clear lines of communication with external partners
Handle administrative and logistical requirements for the successful execution of meetings, conferences, and other events
Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared and distributed

Required

Bachelor's degree
4+ years experience
Active Secret clearance
Good rapport at dealing with the public, customer service expertise, excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests, and proficiency with modern PC systems and tools
Demonstrated experience organizing meetings and developing briefings for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to provide full-time, onsite support in Arlington, VA

Preferred

Active TS clearance
Working knowledge of DARPA and DoW policies and procedures
