Responsibilities
Design and own end-to-end solution architectures for cloud-native, distributed, and integration-heavy systems
Actively collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into practical, implementable designs
Support and guide multiple applications and streams in parallel, ensuring architectural consistency while enabling delivery velocity
Design and document interfaces, APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems and external services
Produce clear architecture diagrams and models (logical, physical, integration, data flow) to support alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with product, operational, and business objectives
Participate in technical reviews, architectural discussions, and hands-on problem-solving during delivery
Identify risks, trade-offs, and improvement opportunities, and propose pragmatic solutions
Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and operational readiness
Mentor developers and technical team members through design guidance and architectural best practices
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of overall experience in software engineering and Minimum 5 years as an architect or equivalent leadership role
Strong background in application development, with proven hands-on experience (preferably .NET-based)
Experience operating as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead on complex, enterprise-scale systems
Demonstrated ability to bridge development and architecture, staying close to delivery and implementation
Experience designing solutions for: Distributed systems, Microservices and API-based architecture, Integration-heavy environments
Proven ability to handle multiple applications or streams simultaneously without losing architectural clarity
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with: Junior and senior developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders, Engineering leadership and executive-level audiences
Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, visual, and pragmatic way
