Responsibilities
Work in a highly collaborative fashion with a cross section of project members, stakeholders, partners and other E&E leaders and colleagues
Lead and support initiatives from discovery and scoping through execution and delivery, in alignment with U.S. Bank Operations strategy
Create relevant reporting and governance cadences to fulfill stakeholder needs
Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, and key business partners
Support financial management of the projects
Contribute thought leadership to the broader E&E team on the industry, U.S. Bank businesses, banking and payments financials, strong consulting practices, analytics, etc
Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
Participates in training users and evaluating the project
Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
7 years of experience in project management activities
Preferred
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Problem solver with an ownership mindset and ability to influence without authority
Strong conflict resolution skills with ability to identify and address exceptions or disagreements
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to expand banking knowledge and support critical changes and accelerate execution
Ability to operate in a demanding high-expectations and standards environment
