Responsibilities
Assist the legal team of a global, publicly traded company client on negotiations with utilities regarding interconnection of large electricity loads
Ensure regulatory testimony is relevant and aligned with corporate goals
Advise on and negotiate electricity interconnection, supply, and related agreements for large electricity customers
Manage multiple complex projects involving internal business partners, in-house counsel, outside counsel, and counterparties
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience advising on and negotiating electricity interconnection, supply, and related agreements related to large electricity customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding references
Effective communication
Experience managing multiple complex projects potentially involving internal business partners, inhouse counsel, outside counsel, and counterparties
Preferred
Prior experience working in-house with a global company
