Operations Assistant (Growth into Management and Sales)
Apollo Eyewear is seeking an Operations Assistant to work closely with managers and assist in daily tasks while growing into a sales and operations leadership role. The role involves handling communications, managing schedules, and supporting various operational tasks, with future responsibilities including sales calls and account management.

Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact: handling phone calls and emails professionally
Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for managers
Assisting with event and trade show planning and logistics
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases, filing systems, and general office organization
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and customers
Supporting shipping operations, including scheduling small parcel and LTL pickups
Assisting with miscellaneous tasks (from coordinating errands to event setup)
Participating in sales calls, customer follow-ups, and account management
Assisting in trade show preparation and representing the company at events
Processing orders from start to finish
Supporting negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers
Taking on greater responsibility in operations and team management
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Interest in developing sales, customer service, and management skills
A proactive and adaptable attitude — willing to pitch in where needed
