Responsibilities
Create and manage marketplace accounts: Amazon US, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Temu
Prepare and ship vanilla products within the United States
Develop B2B Horeca / Food Service clients (bakeries, cafés, restaurants, dessert shops) when possible
Set up and manage both new and existing marketplace accounts
Prepare and ship orders to USA customers
Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp for questions or guidance
Manage orders and customer relations autonomously
Keep simple inventory records
Develop professional B2B contacts if capable and motivated
Qualification
Required
Based in the United States
Reliable, autonomous, and organized
Able to store small quantities of products
Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp
Motivated to build a long-term partnership and explore B2B opportunities
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, or distribution is a plus
