Required
Program management and leadership experience, including strategic planning and program development
Strong skills in team management, staff supervision, and fostering professional growth
Experience with compliance, regulatory oversight, and maintaining operational standards
Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with community organizations and stakeholders
Crisis management skills and ability to provide guidance in challenging situations
Proficiency in maintaining organized records and producing financial reports — budget, forecast, P&L, monthly run rates and quarterly board reports
Previous experience in social services, trauma-informed care, or related fields
Preferred
Master's degree preferred, in Social Work, Public Administration, Psychology/Mental Health or a related field is preferred
