Responsibilities
Analyze historical spend and purchasing data to develop and implement category strategies
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within sourcing and supplier interactions
Develop negotiation strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and deliver award recommendations
Evaluate current suppliers and advise stakeholders on new and existing contract opportunities
Own sourcing events end to end, including requirements development, documentation, and execution
Draft and review contract language in collaboration with business units and legal partners
Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual and commercial risk
Support vendor relationship management, including escalations and dispute resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
8–10 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and/or business analysis
Proven experience managing complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and value realization through sourcing activities
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality
Preferred
Procurement and/or Supply Chain professional certification preferred
