Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to maximize their potential and performance
Create and implement channel strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and drive business growth
Provide partners with the necessary training, marketing materials, and product information to effectively sell and promote our offerings
Track and analyze the performance of partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any issues that may arise
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the channel landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that there is a consistent message across all channels
Prepare and present regular reports on channel activities, performance metrics, and business impact to senior management
Oversee the negotiation and management of partner agreements and contracts

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
Strong understanding of contact center and AI
