Aircraft Mechanic I - Sheet Metal (Night Shift)
Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic I to join their night-shift team in Elizabeth City, NC. The role involves troubleshooting malfunctions, repairing structural components, and supporting modifications to ensure aircraft readiness.

Responsibilities
Interface with Crew lead and other Technicians as required
Install sheet metal & structures IAW instructions/drawings
Install sheet metal & structures as required meeting customer needs
Perform continuity and power checks
Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall aircraft parts/systems
Annotate logbook and workbook entries IAW Coast Guard Manuals or other contractual guidance
Maintain a high state of cleanliness and utilize a clean-as-you-go process when executing maintenance duties
Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/Department of Defense (DOD) documents and publications
Comply with safety rules and regulations while performing day to day maintenance. Promptly report all accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and/or unsafe practices or procedures to supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in aircraft sheet metal structures to include maintenance and repair with a minimum of five years practical experience
Ability to conduct research using USCG data systems such as Technical Manual Application System (TMAPS) and Microsoft Office Suite, or similar type systems. A minimum of five (5) years of practical experience is desired
Ability to pass a drug and background screening
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Preferred
Experience with USCG MH65 aircraft is highly desirable
Specialized experience in aviation sheet metal repair and experience related to USCG aircraft specific models is highly desirable
Familiarity with Airbus Helicopters Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals or similar OEM manuals with the ability to research maintenance history, procedures and component limitations is desired
