Responsibilities
Responsible for being trusted advisor to customer CISO
Interact with CISO and senior directors to help address enterprise security challenges
Proactively plan and execute the roadmaps for the organization
Participate in cybersecurity governance meetings with customer leadership and advise them
Work towards improving cybersecurity posture using different levers like maturing of tools, resource skill upgrade, adoption of new technologies
Guide, mature and work with the security operations team to provide best-in-class security operations for customer
Comfortable working with customer senior managers to drive the information security agenda
Share expertise and knowledge of architecture to advise and guide senior executives
Support the development of information security roadmaps
Stay on top of industry trends related to technology and business by integrating professional associations and communities of expertise and continuing to learn one on one
Find the relevant technologies and do the required research, facilitate proofs of concept or prototype
Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrate analytical thinking
Be ready to travel
Handle problems and conflicts within the team and with customers
Qualification
Required
15+ years' experience in multiple Security technologies and products
Confident leader with management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to guide, mature and work with the security operations team to provide best-in-class security operations for customer
Comfortable working with customer senior managers to drive the information security agenda
Share expertise and knowledge of architecture to advise and guide senior executives
Support the development of information security roadmaps
Stay on top of industry trends related to technology and business by integrating professional associations and communities of expertise and continuing to learn one on one
Find the relevant technologies and do the required research, facilitate proofs of concept or prototype
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Analytical thinking
Ready to travel
Problem handling, conflict handling within team and with customer
Expert Level in IAM domain (IGA, PAM, UAM)
Good Understanding on following Cyber Technologies: Perimeter Security – Firewall, IPS, Proxy, e-mail gateway, URL filtering etc.; Endpoint Security – AV, Next Gen AV, EDR, Encryption, HIPS etc.; Cloud Security – Native security controls in AWS/Azure, cloud security controls available on marketplace.; SOC/SIEM/MDR/Security Orchestration and Automation
Good understanding of ITIL concepts Incident/Change/Problem and ticketing tools
Good understanding of project management concepts
