Sr Performance Creative Strategist (brand side)
Hansen Recruiting is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to help scale its Direct-to-Consumer and marketplace channels. This high-visibility role involves influencing major revenue-driving channels by merging performance marketing with brand storytelling and driving creative direction through data insights.
Responsibilities
Help scale Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and marketplace channels
Influence across major revenue-driving channels
Create consumer insights from data to inspire the creative team
Pair art with analytics to build high-performing ads
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience in performance creative strategy, digital marketing, or growth-focused content
Experience in an agency or in-house e-commerce brand environment
Strong balance of strategy and hands-on execution
Deep knowledge of paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, AppLovin, Tiktok
Strong command of DTC metrics like CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, ACOS, attribution, and incrementality
Proven ability to turn data into creative direction that drives results
Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
