Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and uphold client confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Basic knowledge or familiarity with Insurance considerations and procedures is an advantage
Higher education or relevant certifications are a plus
Proficiency in using office software and case management systems is preferred
