Data Entry Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist. The role involves accurately proofreading, editing, and formatting documents, performing high-speed data entry, and managing filing systems to support smooth office workflows.

Responsibilities

Accurately proofread, edit, and format a high volume of documents, ensuring correct grammar, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards before final distribution
Perform high-speed data entry with exceptional accuracy, maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all information processed
Manage and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval, proper recordkeeping, and adherence to administrative protocols
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create reports, update spreadsheets, manage correspondence, and streamline daily operations
Provide general clerical support, including document preparation, email management, internal communications, and scheduling assistance as needed
Organize, prioritize, and execute multiple administrative tasks to support smooth office workflows and meet tight deadlines
Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals, offering consistent, dependable administrative help where needed

Required

2 years of experience working in a similar role
