Responsibilities
Review and process associate expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance using the firm’s expense management system (e.g., Chrome River, Concur)
Verify receipts, ensure correct coding, and resolve any discrepancies or missing documentation
Coordinate with associates to clarify and correct any issues in submitted expenses
Monitor expense submissions for timeliness and follow up with associates as needed
Process reimbursements in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Responsible for accurate and timely handling of tax elections (83(b)s)
Review letters for accuracy based on firm and client guidelines. Working with the paralegal team for any corrections
Utilize firm tools (e.g. WALZ, iManage) to process all mailings
Coordinating with mailroom on scanning, mailing, and returning proof of receipt to paralegal/attorney teams
Support other administrative functions and projects as needed
Provide backup coverage to other administrative staff as required
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's degree or relevant experience
Experience: 2–4 years of administrative or financial processing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency with expense management systems (e.g., Chrome River, Concur) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
