Office Administrative Assistant
Bennisson Industries is a World-Class Watch Authentication and Service Center that is rapidly growing and changing the luxury commerce landscape. They are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for customer service, managing service walk-ins, and ensuring timely workflow and delivery of services.

Responsibilities
Responsible for intake of service walk-ins
Authentication drop-offs
In person customer service
Handle the flow of customer jobs from the beginning to completion ensuring expectations are set properly
Customers are aware and updated on when they can receive their watches
Report to the Director of Communications
Collaborate with the entire team to support timely work flow and delivery
Handle CRM systems (i.e. Hubspot) and in QuickBooks to deliver invoices, estimates, and ensure service is handled in a timely fashion
Qualification
Required
Self organization and management
Customer focused approach and service mentality
Attention to detail
Luxury lifestyle oriented
Values art, assets, and high-end materials to communicate with enthusiasts
Preferred
Luxury goods background is a plus, but not necessarily a requirement
Experience as an assistant and/or worked directly under leadership guidance of a manager or director of a growing organization
