Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and engineering AV network topology, VLANs, and QoS policies
Strong skills in specifying, configuring, and managing network hardware
Proficiency in documenting network design for operational use and future reference
Solid understanding of AV and IT networking protocols, standards, and best practices
Experience with AV network integration in rack rooms and event spaces
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CTS, or other AV/IT networking certifications) are a plus
