Sales Manager
BEST WESTERN PREMIER is seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead the development and growth of corporate business. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Proactively solicit and secure new corporate accounts while managing and growing an assigned portfolio
Negotiate corporate rates and contracts in alignment with revenue strategies
Work closely with Revenue Management, the Events Manager, and the General Manager to maximize occupancy and ADR
Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and networking activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adjust sales strategies
Maintain accurate account activity, reporting, and follow-up in the PMS/CRM
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably corporate sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Results-driven and organized
Preferred
Experience with branded hotels and sales systems preferred
