The Administrative Assistant 1-4 will provide personal and confidential administrative support to the Director and assist with various administrative tasks within the department.

Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a broad knowledge of policies, and procedures and provides assistance to the Director
Monitors and maintains the director's schedule
Answers the section main telephone lines
Tracks and monitors the status of projects to ensure completed timely
Schedules meeting and interviews
Prepares and processes travel authorizations
Process purchase orders
Reconciles reports
Serves as section timekeeper
