Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of more than two hundred volunteer projects to ensure program success, a strong internal stakeholder experience, and partnerships with community organizations. Responsibilities include project planning and application review; managing project information on an internal website; serving as the main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; program administration and reporting; and planning, coordinating, and overseeing transportation
Work in partnership with various internal departments to coordinate ongoing logistical planning, including events, marketing campaigns, material distribution, and fulfillment; drafting communications and training materials
Assist with end-of-season program evaluation, including data collection and analysis
Provide project management support for key elements of various pro bono initiatives, including nonprofit application review, drafting presentations and other program-related materials, and project logistics
Qualification
Required
3+ years of demonstrated experience in volunteer management, client services, events management, operations, or Corporate Social Responsibility
Strong interest in corporate philanthropy and community engagement
Proactive and collaborative team player skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Ability to take initiative and drive work with moderate supervision
Critical thinker with sound judgment and proven problem-solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email or voicemail
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as project needs require
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentations and data analysis
Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
