They are seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for the installation, on-site repair, and maintenance of digital copiers and printers, ensuring high-quality service for their clients.

Responsibilities
Installation, on-site repair, and maintenance of Sharp Digital Copiers, Printers, MFP’s, other Connected Digital and Wide Format devices
Maintain positive effective customer relationships and good working relationships with Clients and fellow Ace Reprographics staff
Service and repair equipment on site at customer’s location and on site at Ace Reprographics. Includes complex disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of individual parts, reassembly, testing, and adjustment, Network Assessments, inventory of parts, etc
Installation, preventive maintenance and service of equipment with limited supervision
Systematically troubleshoot malfunctions of equipment including both mechanical and electrical, to determine cause and resolve
De-installation of equipment where necessary to facilitate delivery or equipment return
Qualification
Required
Experience with Sharp Office Equipment is required
Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, process optimization, and quality assurance in print production
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and address customer needs effectively
Proficiency in Digital Strategy and hands-on experience with modern printing technologies
Ability to work in an on-site environment in NJ, and handle physical tasks related to machine operation and other jobs within the company
Previous experience in a related role or industry, with technical expertise in digital and flat-bed printing
Preferred
Experience with both Oce & HP Large Format systems a plus
Familiarity or experience working with Arizona 1350s is a plus
