Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data tools and analytics dashboards to automate reporting and deliver real-time insights into customer and product metrics
Develop efficient, production-grade SQL to encode business logic and support robust data pipelines across the analytics stack
Establish strong data collection, storage, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
Lead end-to-end data initiatives—from requirements gathering to delivery—aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics)
4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
2+ years of business analytics experience in a mid-to-large organization, working with complex data environments
4+ years of experience analyzing large-scale datasets in industry or academia
2+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development
Preferred
Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, etc.)
Experience with statistical modeling (e.g., regression, decision trees)
Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines
