Responsibilities
Selects proper tools and parts with the aid of blueprints, schematics, or diagrams - - when available
Uses a variety of testing devices such as leak detectors and electrical instruments
Maintains department in clean and orderly manner and cleans around area where equipment was repaired in a production department
Assist in training new employees and trainees, as assigned
Performs other duties as required
Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment
Complies with all NEC electrical codes rules
Works Overtime when needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
3 years experience
Valid Journeyman's License
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic Computer skills
Prefer to have working knowledge of plant equipment, its operation, and how to repair
Working knowledge of National Electrical Codes (NEC)
