Responsibilities
Looking for a Camunda Developer with strong experience in workflow automation, BPMN, and integration with enterprise systems
The candidate should be comfortable working in hybrid environments (modern + legacy), contributing to cloud migration efforts, and building scalable, resilient process orchestration solutions
Collaboration and strategic thinking are essential
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM BPMN modeling, DMN, and workflow orchestration
Experience integrating Camunda with Java/.NET microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems
Familiarity with Confluent Kafka event-driven workflows and stream processing
Experience with AWS cloud services EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc
Infrastructure automation using Terraform
Strong understanding of monitoring, triaging, and observability tools
Knowledge of scalability and resiliency patterns in distributed systems
Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
Experience with on-prem to AWS migration especially around workflow engines and orchestration layers
No hesitation to work on legacy systems
Ability to understand legacy workflows and define modernization strategies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM
Preferred
Good to have: experience with Camunda 8, Zeebe, or other cloud-native BPM platforms
